Avoid Sudden Temperature Changes: Ceramics can be sensitive to abrupt temperature changes, which may cause cracking. Avoid placing ceramic items directly from the fridge into a hot oven or vice versa. Allow them to gradually adjust to room temperature.

Handling with Care: Handle handmade ceramic items with care, especially if they have intricate designs, delicate handles, or thin areas. Avoid dropping or banging them against hard surfaces, as this can lead to chipping or breakage.

Storage: When not in use, store ceramics in a safe place where they won't bump against other items. Providing padding or soft cloth between pieces can prevent scratches and chips.

Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight might cause fading or discoloration, especially for ceramics with certain glazes or finishes. Display or store them away from direct sunlight to maintain their appearance.

Slight Irregualrity: All these products are handmade, hence there may be slight colour difference or design difference.

Standard Order Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of order placement.

Extended Dispatch Time During Sales: During sale periods or promotions, the dispatch time extends to approximately 7 days. This longer processing time is due to higher order volumes and increased demand during such periods.

Customized Order Shipping Timeframe: Customized orders, which require additional processing for personalization or specific alterations, will be shipped within 15 days from the date of order placement. Customers are advised to consider this extended timeframe when placing customized orders.

No Returns on Customized Products: Customized items are not eligible for returns

Returns Limited to Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery: Customers are only allowed to return products if they are damaged upon receipt or if there's an error in the product delivered, such as receiving the wrong item or specifications that differ from what was ordered.

Customer Responsible for Shipping Returns: In cases of eligible returns (damaged or wrong product), the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the seller. This could mean covering shipping costs or using a specified return shipping method.

Refund Initiated After Receiving the Product: Once the seller receives the returned product and confirms that it meets the criteria for return (damaged or incorrect), they will initiate the refund process.
