SHIPPING POLICY
We have a standard shipping policy, it takes us 3-5 business days to deliver a package. The shipping is chargeable at 79/- for orders below 499/-. We pat our backs for having an eco-friendly packaging. Please write to us for any suggestions at contact.divyakalaa@gmail.com
RETURN POLICY
We do not entertain returns as of now, this is because all our products are handcrafted and are sometimes specially customised for a consumer's need. We will not be responsible for any damage caused during shipment.
PAYMENT METHOD
We have both online payment (Credit card and Debit card) as well as a cash on delivery method (COD). We do not store any card related details, all our online transactions are managed by our payment partner PayU.
